Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Turnaround Times:
- Operation hours are Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm central US time.
- Shipping is currently available to the United States and Canada.
- Sweet & Sour Lacquer is not responsible for customs and/or import fees incurred for international orders.
- Expect your items to ship within 3-7 business days after your order has been placed, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping rates are calculated by weight. Shopify chooses the best, lowest rate available, based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart and determined by your mailing address.
- Expect an email with tracking information within 2-5 business days after order is placed, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 5-7 business days (US) for delivery after the package has been scanned in by courier. Delivery times may be longer for international orders.
- Orders sent Priority are insured between $50-$100 USD.
Returns and Exchanges:
- All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
- If an item is damaged, please reach out via email at sweetandsourlacquer@gmail.com within 48 hours after items have been scanned as delivered. Provide a photo of damaged item/s.
- A replacement item will be mailed to you if the item is still available.
- Limited edition items, or one of a kind items, may not be available for replacement. In the case that an LE or OOAK item is damaged, buyer will be offered the option of a refund minus shipping for that item, or a replacement item that is in stock, and is of equal or lesser value.
